RWC_Coefficient_Acapella_Script

The following Acapella Script (RWC_Co-localization.script) is a modification of the co-localization script by T.J.Collins (MacBioPhotonics, McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada) to include Rank Weighted Co-localization coefficients for use with Columbus Image Data Storage and Analysis System (PerkinElmer).

  • The scripts works on a 3 channel image as input.
  • User can decide the two channels on which RWC1 and RWC2 will be calculated.
